How to take it

Take 1 capsule up to three times a day with water. If you're new to magnesium, start with one capsule a day and build up. One pot lasts 30 days at three capsules a day.

Magnesium malate, magnesium glycinate (buffered), magnesium taurate, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), gluten-free brown rice flour, zinc citrate, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Warnings

• Do not exceed 3 capsules a day. High intakes of magnesium may cause loose stools or stomach discomfort; if this happens, reduce the dose.
