• We deliver to UK addresses by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• The Protocol ships free. Other orders: free delivery over £40, otherwise £3.95.
• Orders are usually dispatched within [CONFIRM WITH SUPPLIER] working days. You'll get a tracking link by email.

Returns

You can cancel your order and return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty.

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 14 days through our contact page and we'll put it right.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel your Protocol subscription anytime from your account before your next billing date.
