Who is Protocol for?

Adults whose appetite or portion sizes have become smaller and who want a simple way to support their fibre, vitamin, mineral and magnesium intake alongside a varied, balanced diet.

Can I take Protocol with medication?

If you take any medication or are under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any food supplement. Take DIGEST at least two hours apart from other medicines, as fibre can affect how they are absorbed.

How do I take the Protocol?

Take 2 NOURISH capsules with breakfast. Take one heaped teaspoon of DIGEST in at least 250ml of water, 30 minutes before a meal, then drink another glass. Take 1 RESTORE capsule up to three times a day.

Do I need all three?

No. Each product works on its own. The Protocol is simply the easiest and best-value way to cover all three areas.

How does the subscription work?

The Protocol is £39.99 a month on subscription, or £49.99 as a one-off. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account.

How long does each product last?

DIGEST: 36 days at one serving a day. NOURISH: 60 days at two capsules a day. RESTORE: 30 days at three capsules a day.

Are the products vegan?

DIGEST and RESTORE are suitable for vegans. NOURISH is suitable for vegetarians.

Can I take Protocol if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Speak to your doctor or midwife before taking any food supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding.
