A daily fibre blend with psyllium husk, glucomannan, sugar beet fibre and inulin, plus fennel, peppermint and ginger. High in fibre: 3.5g in every heaped teaspoon.
How to take it
Take once a day, 30 minutes before a meal. Add one heaped teaspoon (5g) to a quarter-glass of water or juice and stir into a smooth paste. Keep stirring as you top the glass up to at least 250ml, drink straight away, then follow with another glass of liquid.

Ingredients
Psyllium whole husk powder (Plantago ovata), glucomannan powder (Amorphophallus konjac), sugar beet fibre powder (Beta vulgaris), L-glutamine powder, inulin powder (fructo-oligosaccharides), fennel seed powder (Foeniculum vulgare), peppermint leaf powder (Mentha piperita), ginger root powder (Zingiber officinale), bacteria blend (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum), sweetener: stevia leaf extract (steviol glycosides).
Warnings
- Always take with plenty of water (at least 250ml per serving) to make sure it reaches the stomach. Taking it without enough liquid may cause choking.
- Not suitable for anyone who has difficulty swallowing.
- Fibre can affect how some medicines are absorbed. Take DIGEST at least two hours apart from any medication, and speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take medication.
- Do not exceed three servings a day. Not intended for children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
